For people quietly exploring a career switch

Stop scrolling job boards. Get the vacancies that actually fit you.

Rolefit follows the careers pages you choose and scores every new vacancy against your own profile, so you only see the jobs that fit.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe yourself

Your background, the kind of work you want, and your hard no's. Write it like you'd brief a recruiter.

  2. 2

    Follow organisations

Add any careers page, or let Claude search the web for organisations that fit your profile.

  3. 3

    Get the matches

Every new vacancy gets a score from 1 to 10, with why it fits and what you're missing. Strong matches go straight to your inbox.

What you get

A feed sorted by fit

Best matches first. Mark vacancies as interesting or not for you; old ones archive themselves.

Honest assessments

Scored on the content of the work, not just the job title, including the gaps you'd need to close.

Email on your terms

Right after each check, or as a daily or weekly digest, only above the score you choose.

Any careers page

Read directly where possible, found via web search where not. Checked a few times a week, on days you pick.

Who it's for

People who have a job, know roughly where they want to go next, and don't want to spend their evenings checking ten careers pages. Especially useful when you're switching fields and job titles don't tell you whether a role fits.

Your data

Your profile is only used to score vacancies for you; for that it's sent to Claude, Anthropic's AI. Nobody else sees it. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
